Position Title: Retail & Jewelry Associate

Hours: Part-Time, at least 2x a week

Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience + tips + performance-based bonuses

Position Summary:

We are looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our team as a Retail & Jewelry Associate! As a Retail & Jewelry Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers in selecting products, and maintaining the overall presentation and organization of our boutique.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Shifts split between working the shop (Retail Associate) and our jewelry bar (Jewelry Associate). Jewelry bar training will commence once you have demonstrated proficiency in the Retail Associate role of this position.

Customer Service: Greet, converse, and assist every single customer that walks into our stores in a friendly and helpful manner, providing product knowledge and guidance to meet their needs. We are a very customer-oriented company!

Customer Engagement: Follow up with customers and return customers post-purchase to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and make personalized product recommendations. Effectively communicate the features of our jewelry pieces. Inform customers of our handmade jewelry and jewelry bar as well as other in-store products.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our jewelry collection, materials, and craftsmanship to provide accurate and compelling information to customers. Knowledge of our jewelry along with the small businesses we carry is essential to succeed in this position.

Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system. Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Be able to perform all store opening and closing duties independently.

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, restocking displays, and notifying management of low-stock items. Inventory is checked consistently.

Store Presentation: Ensure the all aspects of the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Collaborate with the team to create attractive merchandise displays.

Assist with other tasks as needed.

• Be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).

• Strong leadership and people skills and take the initiative whenever necessary.
• Excellent time management skills to set realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time-sensitive objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to help customers and work with management.
• Amazing customer service skills, including patience and active listening, to ensure customers feel heard and helped.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer skills for operating the POS system and other systems.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Jewelry Studio Assistant! As the Jewelry Studio Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the creative process, working closely with our back-end team to support the company. You'll not only contribute to the day-to-day operations of our office/jewelry studio but also gain hands-on experience with making jewelry, inventory, customer care, and fulfillment--in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product information, assistance, and support. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image. We are a very customer-oriented company!

Office Management: Assist in day-to-day office tasks, including organizing, labeling products, and fulfillment. Coordinate and manage inventory of jewelry materials and office supplies.

Jewelry Making: Assist in prepping, cutting, filing, soldering, hammering, and polishing jewelry.

Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events, such as pop-up shops, workshops, or markets. Engage with customers and represent the brand during events to build relationships.

Assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Be able to commit to working 3x a week. Must have availability within M-F 9am-4pm.
• Jewelry making experience preferred but not required.

We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our marketing efforts and contribute to the visual identity of our brand. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the owner to create engaging content, assist with campaigns, and help us tell our brand story!

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Assist in the development of visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns. This includes creating graphics, product photography, and short videos showcasing our jewelry pieces and other products.

Social Media Management: Help manage and maintain our social media profiles, including content scheduling, tracking performance metrics, and more. Stay updated on current social media trends and make recommendations for improvement. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead conversion rates.

Email Marketing: Support email marketing efforts by designing visually appealing email templates, writing compelling copy, and assisting in segmenting and analyzing email lists.

Photography Assistance: Assist with jewelry, clothing, and product photography, ensuring high-quality images that highlight the details and beauty of our products.

Brand Consistency: Uphold brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to help inform our marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years experience in marketing, content creation, or related field.
