Position Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced individual who wants to grow with our company as the Store Manager to lead our Ala Moana Center shop! This is a pivotal role in our team, requiring a blend of leadership, operational management, and customer service expertise to maintain our brand’s high standards. As Store Manager, you will oversee both our retail and jewelry bar sectors, ensure operational excellence, and drive sales performance, all while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of both the retail sector and the jewelry bar, ensuring seamless integration of both areas.
- Collaborate directly with upper management, participating in monthly strategy meetings to discuss sales goals, events, and store performance. Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including organizing, pricing, labeling, and conducting regular quality checks on products in the store and backstock.
- Ensure back stock inventory (clothing, jewelry, and wholesale items) is well-organized and up-to-date, while performing regular quality assurance checks on merchandise.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, input new products, and ensure the accuracy of product discrepancies, inventory reports, and other documentation to maximize efficiency.
- Lead and manage the store team, delegating tasks as needed to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Create and manage staff schedule.
- Hire, train, mentor, and support both new and existing staff, ensuring they are well-informed about promotions, updates, policies, and store procedures.
- Provide leadership by setting a professional example for the team, ensuring high standards in customer service, sales, and store presentation.
- Drive sales performance through goal setting, team motivation, and continuous feedback to staff.
- Possess expert knowledge of the store’s merchandise, including its location, pricing, and unique features.
- Handle cash management, including register reconciliations, change orders, and maintaining accurate cash tracking records.
- Design and create jewelry pieces for all store locations, utilizing various jewelry-making techniques such as wire wrapping, permanent jewelry welding, and more.
- Assist with fulfilling online and wholesale jewelry orders, maintaining communication with customers regarding pick-ups, returns, exchanges, and inquiries.
- Offer personalized fashion and jewelry advice to customers, providing recommendations that align with their individual needs.
- Execute all store opening and closing procedures independently, ensuring all daily operations are handled efficiently.
- Maintain the store’s visual presentation by designing creative showroom displays and ensuring that the boutique remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Support boutique and brand events, contributing to planning and execution as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3+ years of women's retail management experience
- Advanced computer proficiency, particularly in Google Suites.
- A deep passion for fashion and jewelry, with the ability to connect with customers and provide personalized service.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide, inspire, and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and organization skills, especially when it comes to working directly with senior level directors/team

Compensation & Benefits:

Position Summary:
We are looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our team as a Retail & Jewelry Associate! As a Retail & Jewelry Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers in selecting products, and maintaining the overall presentation and organization of our boutique.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Shifts split between working the shop (Retail Associate) and our jewelry bar (Jewelry Associate). Jewelry bar training will commence once you have demonstrated proficiency in the Retail Associate role of this position.
Customer Service: Greet, converse, and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing product knowledge and guidance to meet their needs. We are a very customer-oriented company!
Customer Engagement: Follow up with customers and return customers post-purchase to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system. Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Be able to perform all store opening and closing duties independently.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, restocking displays, and notifying management of low-stock items. Inventory is checked consistently.
Store Presentation: Ensure the all aspects of the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Collaborate with the team to create attractive merchandise displays.

The Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our growing brand. This position requires a highly organized, adaptable, and self-motivated individual with a passion for fashion, jewelry, and exceptional customer service. The Executive Assistant will work closely with management to help drive our company’s goals and uphold our brand values through efficient coordination across multiple departments including inventory/supply chain, marketing, customer care, fulfillment, and events/retail.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is solution-oriented, and enjoys both creative and administrative tasks. From styling and soldering jewelry to photo shoots and communicating with customers, this role demands versatility and a deep understanding of our brand.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product information, assistance, and support. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image. Assist on any requests/inquiries related to event, promotion, and collaboration planning. Calmly communicate and problem solve in stressful situations. We are a very customer-oriented company!
Office Management: Assist in day-to-day office tasks. Coordinate and manage inventory of jewelry materials and office supplies. Office duties include tasks assigned from inventory/supply chain, marketing, customer care, fulfillment, and retail. Communicate effectively in order to work across all departments.
Event Support: Assist with and attend brand events as needed (private events, markets, craft fairs, pop-up shops). Engage with customers and represent the brand during events to build relationships. We participate in the Made in Hawai'i Festival every year as well as host small markets at our Mānoa location. Our company continues to be involved in local events and the community.
Inventory/Supply Chain/Fulfillment:
- Create timeless, modern jewelry pieces for all store locations and special events.

- Assist with making online, wholesale, and custom jewelry orders

- Organize, price, label, conduct quality checks, and double check inventory consistently on all jewelry pieces
- Ensure information about jewelry items are consistent throughout all applicable avenues
- Prep inventory for distribution
- Prep packages for shipment
- Weigh/measure products for accurate product descriptions
Creative/Marketing:
- Scheduling and arranging any special events, meetings, photoshoots, etc.
- Lead and style photo shoots/models with keeping brand aesthetic in mind
- Assist with preparation for special events, promotions, and holidays
- Assisting in content creation and creating content for social media accounts
