We are looking for a passionate, motivated individual to join our team for a few months as a Studio Intern! As one of our interns, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the creative process, working closely with our talented team to bring artistic visions to life. You'll not only contribute to the day-to-day operations of our office/studio but also gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, refining your skills and discovering the intricacies of jewelry design, inventory/purchasing, marketing, customer care, and fulfillment. Duration: 3 months
Internship Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product information, assistance, and support. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image. We are a very customer-oriented company!
Office Management: Assist in day-to-day office tasks, including organizing, labeling products, and fulfillment. Coordinate and manage inventory of jewelry materials and office supplies.
Jewelry Making: Create modern, timeless jewelry pieces.
Photography and Content Creation: Assist in capturing high-quality images of our jewelry pieces for use in promotional materials. Contribute to content creation, including blog posts and newsletters, to enhance brand storytelling.
Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events, such as pop-up shops, workshops, or markets. Engage with customers and represent the brand during events to build relationships.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to help inform our marketing initiatives.
Assist with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Be able to commit to 10-15 hours per week.
- A passion for jewelry, fashion, and supporting small businesses!
- Know and love our brand & product, connect with our customers and team using great communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong leadership and people skills and take the initiative whenever necessary.
- Good time management skills to set realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time-sensitive objectives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to help customers and work with management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay: $12/hr - $15/hr
